Testing the connection

Click on the Test Connection Button in the Server Settings window. If the settings are correct you

should see the success popup as shown in Figure 15.

If the settings are not correct, the error popup appears as shown in Figure 16. Check all parameters in

the settings screens and retest the connection. If the database connection still fails, contact Innotech

for assistance (See the last page of this document for contact details).

If you have selected SQL Express 10GB as the Database Server Type and have NOT plugged the USB

dongle into the PC you will see the following error message aer testing the connection as shown

below.
